Hotel Reservation

First, it is required to register as a Conference Participant, as well as pay the Registration Fee for participation, and then make the Hotel (accommodation) reservation.

For each room you need to book you should use a separate Form.

The completion of the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM (*.pdf) should be done no later than 31.10.2023 (24:00h), which should then be signed, scanned, and sent to the email address: reservations@cigre-ks .com.

Due to the limited number of rooms, after this deadline (31.10.2023, 24:00) hotel reservation is not guaranteed according to the prices published for the Conference.

The deadline for booking the Hotel is until dt. 31.10.2023, 24:00.

The deadline for the possibility of canceling the Hotel reservation is until dt. 31.10.2023, 24:00.
